Brent George

Brent George is the co-owner of G4 Athlete. Brent graduated from the University of Puget Sound Physical Therapy Program with a Masters of Physical Therapy in 1992. While studying at UPS, he met his wife, Kristi. They have 2 amazing, active, and delightful children, Makenna and Luke.
Brent has been involved in the physical therapy community for over 30 years. A clinic owner, director, consultant, coach, and instructor, he brings extensive experience to the service of his clients. Brent has developed a professional relationship with the NFL's Seattle Seahawks, MLS Seattle Sounders, WNBA Seattle Storm, NWSL OL Reign and is an official consultant to the University of Washington's Sports Medicine Program. He has worked with MLB’s Seattle Mariners and professional athletes nationwide. Brent has worked with countless professional, Olympic, collegiate, and high school athletes locally, regionally, and nationally.
Brent continues his work as part-time faculty and guest instructor at the University of Puget Sound Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. He has been a guest lecturer for the WIAA Coaches School and Express. Brent has spent time consulting with major athletic shoe brands regarding biomechanical design.
Kristi George
Kristi Bohoskey-George is the co-owner of G4 Athlete. Kristi graduated from the University of Puget Sound Physical Therapy Program with a Masters of Physical Therapy in 1992. She has helped to establish successful businesses in the past with her husband Brent George. Together they have over 25 years of experience owning and managing physical therapy clinics. Upon graduation Kristi spent 8 years treating patients and providing individualized care. Her professional involvement in physical therapy has developed from practitioner to operations. Kristi has elected to no longer maintain her license as a physical therapist, but remains active and educated in the health and fitness world.
Kristi has recently completed her certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She will offer and conduct personal training sessions for G4 Athlete patients, family and friends. Kristi will bring a vast understanding and appreciation working with our clientele based on her previous history as a licensed physical therapist and exercise enthusiast.
Lauren Hunt

Lauren has participated in sports throughout her life, but wasn’t exposed to athletic training and physical therapy until she reached UCLA. While completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Physiological Science, she was accepted into UCLA’s Sports Medicine Internship Program and assigned to the UCLA Baseball team. After three years in the UCLA Athletic Training Room working with Division I athletes that culminated with a trip to the NCAA College World Series in 2012, Lauren knew that she wanted to pursue a career in sports medicine and provide preventative and rehabilitative care to athletes of all ages.
On the recommendation of a friend who also worked as a Sports Medicine Intern at UCLA, Lauren applied to and was accepted into a dual degree program at Shenandoah University in Virginia. Shenandoah’s unique program allows graduate students to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Master’s Degree in Athletic Training simultaneously. As part of her graduate curriculum, Lauren had the opportunity to travel across the country and work with athletes of all ages and skill levels. Her clinical experience has included work with high school, college and professional athletes, including NFL Combine hopefuls during an internship at EXOS in Phoenix, Arizona. Lauren completed her graduate education earning her Master of Science in Athletic Training and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016 after a final internship with the University of Washington Huskies Football program. It was during this internship at UW that she was introduced to Brent after a player was referred for custom orthotics.
Lauren continues to enjoy all athletic and recreational activities and is an avid runner, having completed multiple half marathons with plans to complete more in the future. She lives in Seattle with her sister who works at Amazon.
Anthony Andrisek

Anthony grew up in Tacoma WA and now lives in Lakewood WA with his wife of 20 years and biggest supporter. Together they have 3 children ranging from 5 – 14 years in age. Growing up, Anthony was a multi-sport athlete playing baseball, soccer, football and basketball. Sports were a very important part of his life, teaching him work habits and how to channel positive energy. He credits sports for staying out of trouble from inner city challenges. Anthony eventually focused on basketball where he exceled through high school and eventually played semi-professionally. He continued to be a very active adult and self-proclaimed "Weekend Warrior". After a hip injury several years ago, he began his journey to study movement, fitness, health and wellness. He has acquired his certification in personal training through NASM – National Academy of Sports Medicine. Anthony provides top-notch personal training for G4 Athlete where he is passionate about working with clients, teaching them functional strength and mobility patterns with additional healthy lifestyle habits to achieve their goals. He can’t wait to see you in the gym!
Julie Kelman

Julie is a physical therapist who grew up in the Los Angeles area and recently moved to Seattle in April 2024. Her love for the human body and how it moves began while she was an undergraduate at the University of California, Santa Barbara. She then earned her doctorate at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. Since then, Julie has worked in outpatient orthopedic clinical settings with patients of all ages and fitness levels. She became a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS) in 2020. Julie emphasizes patient education to promote the understanding of structural impairments as well as therapeutic exercise to modify daily activities for management and prevention of symptoms for long term success. She also values the integration of skilled manual therapy to directly address impairments to further promote patient healing and reaching the patient’s goals. In her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband, one-year-old daughter and dog, traveling, hiking, snowboarding, and going to Orange Theory.
Bami Adu

Bami is a board-certified Sports Clinical Specialist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a passion for sports and movement. He played competitive soccer at the highest level throughout his youth and went on to play Division I soccer at the University of Hartford, where he earned both his B.S. in Health Science and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
After completing a sports residency, Bami developed a strong focus on sports rehab and return-to-play strategies. He currently works full-time with the Seattle Sounders, bringing his elite-level experience to both professional athletes and everyday movers.
Bami is passionate about bridging the gap between rehabilitation and sports performance. He strives to help individuals understand how resilient and capable the human body can be, offering individualized assessments and care tailored to each client’s unique goals. Outside of work, Bami enjoys playing soccer, cooking, and adventuring around Seattle.
Mason Snodgrass

Mason is a physical therapist who grew up in Northern California. He played collegiate baseball at California Lutheran University and earned his doctorate of physical therapy from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. Mason believes in optimizing movement by providing thorough patient education and exercise prescription to establish long term improvements in function. He strives to make genuine connections with his patients while implementing goal driven rehabilitation programs.
In his free time, Mason enjoys weight lifting, running, hiking, mountain biking, golfing, snowboarding, and fly fishing.
Kinnari Nakrani

Kinnari brings a unique international perspective to rehabilitation and performance enhancement in the United States. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, India in 2019, followed by two years of valuable clinical experience in a private orthopedic clinic where she specialized in treating post-surgical patients and developing comprehensive rehabilitation programs. Driven by her passion for advancing patient care, Kinnari relocated to the United States to pursue her Master of Science in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology, further expanding her expertise in movement science and evidence-based treatment approaches.
In her current practice, Kinnari specializes in comprehensive outpatient orthopedic care and post-operative rehabilitation, working with patients across all age groups from pediatric to adult populations. Her expertise in post-surgical care encompasses a wide range of orthopedic procedures including joint replacements, ACL reconstructions, rotator cuff repairs, and spinal surgeries. She develops individualized rehabilitation programs that focus on restoring mobility, strength, and function while ensuring proper healing and preventing complications. Kinnari's approach to post-operative care includes pain management strategies, progressive exercise protocols, movement analysis, and corrective exercise techniques tailored to each patient's specific surgical procedure and recovery timeline. Her clinical philosophy centers on helping patients of all ages improve their quality of life and return to their prior level of function through personalized, evidence-based care that addresses both physical and functional goals.
When not in the clinic, Kinnari enjoys exploring new places through hiking with her husband, cooking together, and discovering new restaurants and cuisines. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers patients to achieve their movement and functional goals.
